Harvest Nights Gathering 2025

Our 14th Harvest Nights Gathering will be held October 17-19! Join us in lovely northwestern Connecticut for a weekend of fellowship, learning and ritual. Our event location features handicap accessible gathering and sleeping areas on the first floor, as well as a a second floor for sleeping with rooms containing 20+ bunk beds in each (bring twin sized sheets). Bunk up with a few of your friends or your family in a room that is heated and next to a bathroom. White Memorial Foundation is a 4,000-acre Environmental Education Center and Nature Museum located in the heart of the hills of northwestern Connecticut. You can enjoy the fall foliage on hikes along the trails between workshops and listen to the sounds of nature while communing with the Kindred.

A complete allergen-accessible meal plan is included with registration. Please list any allergies and intolerances in your registration form so that we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Workshops and Presentations
  • Ritual
  • Bardic Night
  • Nature Hike (weather permitting)
  • Board and card games (and the inevitable late-night snacks)

Children’s participation and attendance are expected, welcomed, and encouraged! We will be providing engaging activities while the workshops for adults are in session, and there will be fun to be had!

We do ask that families who bring children let us know, so that we can all work together to ensure proper supervision and that everyone gets to experience the fun of the festival.
