Samhain Rite
Come join us on November 7th as we celebrate Samhain in the Gaulish Hearth culture! This will be an evening ritual, where we will eat dinner while the sun goes down, and then begin our walk through the candle labyrinth, which leads to the ritual space. During the ritual, we will open our Ancestor Box, remember our loved ones who have passed on, and make offerings to the Kindred. Dinner will begin at 5:30 and the ritual will most likely start around 6:15.
What to bring:
- Potluck dish
- An offering for the Ancestors or other Kindred (if you want)
- A remembrance for the Ancestor Box (if you want)
We asked that all offerings are either safely burnable or can be left on the land without adversely affecting the wildlife. If you aren’t sure, please ask.
